The Proud Homeowner
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any programme, course, digital content, or service offered by The Proud Homeowner, the learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between The Proud Homeowner and the learner.
2. Course Access
• Access to courses and learning materials is granted only once full payment or the agreed instalment payment has been successfully received
• Access is provided solely to the registered learner and is strictly personal and non transferable
• Login credentials may not be shared with any third party
• The Proud Homeowner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where unauthorised sharing or misuse is detected
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, downloads, templates, assessments, recordings, and resources, remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Proud Homeowner.
Learners may not, without prior written consent:
• Copy or reproduce any content
• Distribute or share materials with third parties
• Record live or recorded sessions
• Sell, licence, or commercially exploit any content
• Republish content in any format
Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to legal action.
4. Payment Obligations
•All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made in full or in accordance with the selected payment option
• Where phased or instalment payments apply, access is granted per phase only after payment has been received
• Failure to make payment for any subsequent phase may result in suspension or termination of access
The learner remains liable for all outstanding amounts agreed upon at enrolment.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Proud Homeowner provides educational content and training only.
We do not guarantee:
• Employment or job placement
• Acceptance or registration with professional or regulatory bodies
• Business success or profitability
• Earnings, income, or financial outcomes
All results depend on the learner’s individual effort, application of knowledge, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Proud Homeowner shall not be held liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of income, revenue, business, or opportunity
• Decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from reliance on course content
Learners acknowledge that they participate in programmes at their own discretion and risk.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
